Beth is the founder and CEO of Video Specialist Ltd, delivering solutions for clients across the UK and internationally in the theatre, corporate, and live events sectors. She is a dedicated project leader who oversees operations and on-site technical delivery, with specialisms including vMix live streaming, technical training, and AV system integration and maintenance.

Christie is a skilled technical theatre and AV professional with close to a decade of experience in stage, on-screen productions, and live events. Before joining Video Specialist Ltd as Head of Organised Chaos, she began her career as a freelancer, gaining experience as a stage manager, standby props, and technician across theatre and on-screen productions.
Deputy Chief of Operations
Mick combines on‑site production support with business development responsibilities. With experience in compliance, process improvement, and customer relations, Mick now applies the same rigour to bid preparation, operations management, stakeholder communications and helps ensure projects run smoothly while driving new opportunities and maintaining robust compliance standards
